Dominique brings a wide range of experience from within the talent space. Prior to co-founding The Firm, he ran technical recruiting at a self-driving robotics startup, and before that, he spent time at Sequoia Capital helping founders build teams and advising them on recruiting best practices. Recruiters work closely with you to understand your needs and find the right talent. A comprehensive search process is conducted which includes market research, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Weekly Reporting

Reports and weekly calls are there to help you understand the health of your pipeline and make  data driven decisions. We can use this time to present new candidates, review those in progress and iterate on our recruiting strategy.

Strategy

We will develop a customized hiring strategy that is tailored to your specific needs and goals including D&I initiatives, finding candidates beyond LinkedIn, compensation review and looking at your interview process to provide insights.
